Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care to ensure all products are packed in good condition before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days so we can assist.

What qualifies as a fault?

A product may be considered faulty if it arrives with issues such as physical damage, missing components, or clear manufacturing defects. Damage that occurs during transit may also be considered.

Some items are not considered faulty, including products supplied as part of a random assortment, or items where contents are determined by chance (such as Trading Card Game products and sports cards).

Getting in touch

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos showing the issue, including packaging if relevant

How we assess claims

Each case is reviewed individually. We aim to respond within 2 business days and may contact you for further information if needed.

Where required, we may ask for the item to be returned before confirming the outcome.

Outcomes

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Where a return is required, we will advise you on the process and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Our approach

We’ll always work with you to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible, including liaising with suppliers where needed to reach the best outcome.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Gift Cards. This does not apply if the item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Opened board games can only be returned if faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending items back to us.

If your return is approved, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs only where the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If a refund is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, any original shipping paid will be included in your refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Change Of Mind

We offer returns for change of mind on online purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in sealed, unused, and resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sports cards and individual trading cards, and Gift Cards are not eligible for change of mind returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

All returned items are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet the above conditions before store credit is issued. Customers must contact us prior to returning any items so we can provide return instructions.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. These items will be held and can be returned to the customer at their expense. If return postage is not arranged within 14 days of notification, the item may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.

Store credit applies to the product cost only and does not include any original shipping charges.
